View or Download Your Invoices¶
On this page
Cloud Manager charges for services provided at the organization level. Cloud Manager posts charges the day after you incur the charges.
Current Invoice¶
View Your Current Invoice¶
To view your organization’s current invoice:
Click View Current Invoice.¶
Cloud Manager displays the current invoice.
Note
The Running Invoice Total doesn’t include applied credits.
Download Your Current Invoice¶
To download the charges and payments for your current invoice:
Navigate to the Billing page.¶
Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don’t see it displayed.
Click Billing.
The Overview tab should be selected and that page displayed. If it isn’t, click Overview.
Note
When you select an invoice, the sidebar shows a Billing option. You can click this link as well.
Click View Current Invoice.¶
Cloud Manager displays the current invoice.
Note
The Running Invoice Total doesn’t include applied credits.
Choose the format of your invoice.¶
- Find Export To heading in the upper right corner of the Invoice page.
- To the right of Export To, click the button for the
file format in which you want to download the invoice. Your
choices include:
- TXT
- CSV
Past Invoices¶
View Past Invoices¶
To view all invoices for your Cloud Manager organization:
Navigate to the Billing page.¶
Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don’t see it displayed.
Click Billing.
The Overview tab should be selected and that page displayed. If it isn’t, click Overview.
Note
When you select an invoice, the sidebar shows a Billing option. You can click this link as well.
Click the Invoices tab.¶
Cloud Manager displays a list of your invoices.
Filter your list of invoices, if desired.¶
You can filter the invoices by status and date.
To filter by status, click the Status drop-down and select the status to which you want to limit the results:
Status Invoice Type Pending Invoices still pending payment. Free Invoices with a total charge of $0.00
.Successful Invoices that are paid. To filter by invoice date, set the From or To date inputs to the required date range.
- If you leave From blank, Cloud Manager sets the lower date boundary to the organization’s creation date.
- If you leave To blank, Cloud Manager sets the upper date boundary to the current date.
Open your desired invoice.¶
For the desired invoice, click the link shown in either the Invoice Date or Invoice Period columns.
Download Past Invoices¶
To download a past invoices for your Cloud Manager organization:
Navigate to the Billing page.¶
Click your desired organization from the Organizations menu menu if you don’t see it displayed.
Click Billing.
